Shiatsu is a Japanese bodywork modality based off of the Traditional Chinese Medicine energy system. This is a clothed bodywork modality that uses a mat on the floor, but can be adpated to the table for mobility support. This uses deep pressure along meridian lines in the body and faciltiated stretching. This is helpful for energy balance, muscle tension, relaxation, and regulation.

Herbal Consulations: An herbal consultation is a clinical session with expert herbal advice on how herbs can support your wellness from sleep to painto stress to hormone support. You leave with reccomendations on how to integrate herbs into your wellness routine.

Craniosacral Therapy: Using gentle, light touch on the head, neck,  joints, and sacrum, this technique helps ease tension, balance the body, quiet the nervous system, and promote relaxation.
